To agree any Variation of Order of Business
3. To make any Declaration of Interest re items on this agenda
4. Vacant seats on the Council. To consider any written applications for co-option
5. Public participation.
Up to 15 minutes will be made available for members of the public to raise matters relevant to the business of the Parish Council

Previous minutes
To approve the minutes of the meeting of 10 July
7. Allotments
To discuss the following issues:
(a) - a request received to allow a polytunnel on a plot
(b) - the wording of the allotment contracts for the year 2023/24
(c) - a date for the “review of plots tidiness” site-meeting
(d) - when it will be possible to allocate any plots to individuals on the waiting list
8.

Parish assets
To agree the future of the Council’s:
(a) - To decide next steps re installing the public benches currently in store
(b) - To consider whether to investigate the feasibility of a roof for the public gym equipment
(c) - To review quotations received for cutting of The Meadow
(d) - To review the cost of the clips required to fix the camera signs
9. To receive any updates on other outstanding issues in the parish

(a) - To review progress with updating of the Council’s bank accounts
