Current Housing Stock

There are 215 permanent dwellings in the parish, a good mix of rented (both social and private) and private houses.

There are a few old properties but most date from the 1930s and the 1980s with a few more recent infill developments. The oldest properties are Church Villa (17th century), Church Farm (18th Century), Mullion Cottage (19th century) and Manor Barn (parts of which date back to the 14th century) with a number of others dating to the late 19th and 20th century.

Future Building and Development

There is very little opportunity left for infill. Most of the open land in the parish is green belt agricultural land.
